Shipping Policy

Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time order was placed, except Sunday & Public Holiday. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, customer shall be intimated. Once the order is shipped, we inform customer with the tracking details via email or mobile.

Post-Dispatch, deliveries are done across India within 3 - 5 Working Days & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.

All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging charges. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.

We only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide clear photos at info@venbiotec.com or WhatsApp us at 93631 07896 within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

we shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay the cost for reshipment and any related penalties/fines.
